#1 Kief Cookies

What do you need?

  • An oven

  • Take your leftover kief and spread it onto a baking dish.
  • Put it in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 230 degrees.
  • Divide the cookie dough into small balls.
  • Make a dent in a cookie ball and put 1/8 of a teaspoon of kief.
  • Fold and gently reform it in the shape of a cookie.
  • Repeat the process for all the cookie balls
  • Bake them as per your cookie recipe.
That’s it! Your kief cookies are ready!

#2 Cannabutter

No recipe can be simpler than Cannabutter. In fact, it is the building block or a basic ingredient in many other Cannabis recipes. That’s why you must know how to make it.
Before you make cannabutter, you need to decarboxylate the weed. This is done by heating it. The THCA in the weed converts to THC which results in euphoric effects.

What do you need?

  • 1 cup butter
  • 7-10 grams of grounded weed

What to do?

Decarboxylate the weed

  • Preheat oven to 245ºF.
  • Spread the weed on a tray and cover it with parchment paper.
  • Place the tray in the oven and set the timer for 30-40 minutes.
  • Every 10 minutes, shake the tray to facilitate even heating of the buds.
  • Grind the weed buds.

Preparing the Butter

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan. (You can add a little water to prevent it from burning)
  • Add the grounded decarboxylated weed and simmer the heat for 2-3 hours.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Strain the butter in a jar and refrigerate it.

  • ½ cup cold cannabutter
  • 1 tablespoon melted cannabutter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 Teaspoons salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Pound penne pasta
  • 1 Cup shredded smoked mozzarella
  • 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Cup shredded American or Swiss cheese
  • ¾ Cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ Cup breadcrumbs

What to do?

  • Start by preheating your oven at 350 degrees.
  • Take a large pan and mix both the cannabutter and regular butter.
  • Heat them on medium flame till they melt completely.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the flour and whisk the mixture until it is properly cooked.
  • Take another pan and heat the milk till it’s boiling.
  • Add the boiled milk to the flour and butter mixture and stir it continuously to mix it nicely.
  • Add salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper to this mixture and cook till it’s boiling.
  • Once boiled, remove the heat and mix the pre-cooked pasta and all the cheeses in the mixture. (hold back some cheese to sprinkle on top later)
  • Pour the mixture on a greased baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumbs and cheese with one tablespoon of melted cannabutter.
  • Bake it for 30-40 minutes until it’s an appetizing golden-brown color.

What do you need?

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 small onion (cut into two)

  • ½ cup of parsley (without stems)
  • 2 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • Juice of a half lemon
